  1. Do you have minimum orders? No, but prefer at least one dozen.
  2. How long for delivery? Dependent on order size and if stock yarns. Most would be 2 - 4 days.
  3. How do you submit artwork? Email it with a .jpg attachment is the preferred method. We also have some clip art artwork and standard letters.
  4. Shipping Method? UPS
  5. May I use my own UPS account? Yes, supply us with that and that will become our standard method of shipping for you.
  6. Custom Shades? Yes. 1-2 weeks for a sample. 2-4 weeks for yarn delivery.
  7. Why use natural fibers? Warm when damp. Less environmental impact. Less pilling.
  8. Which fiber? Stretch - softer. Textured polyester - rugged harsh wear.
  9. Why are cuffs self adjusting to sleeve? You can roll up the cuff or unfold for extra length. Inside cuff will not get wet.
